Costs we pay to others on your behalf, cemetery charges, airline charges, the shipping container, consular fees, death certificates, are billed at cost, with receipts.
If a death has occurred, call us first.
Our staff members are available around the clock and ready to step in, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in English or Vietnamese. We will bring your loved one into our care and give you the next few things to do, and nothing more until you are ready.
